05.11.2024 - Orfer is committed to growing its service business through corporate restructuring

As part of a corporate restructuring, Orfer Oy will transfer the operations of its service business unit to Orffin Oy, hereafter referred to as Orfer Service, starting on November 1, 2024. All services will continue as usual. The transfer of service contracts associated with the business transaction will be agreed upon in the upcoming months.


The entire Orfer service staff will transfer to Orfer Service as existing employees, maintaining their current roles, responsibilities, and leadership structure. Paul Stucki will continue as the owner and active entrepreneur of both companies.


The goal of this restructuring is to further develop services for existing clientele with new service products, attract new clients, and expand the extensive service contract portfolio.


Maintenance Services include inspections, scheduled maintenance, and repairs of industrial robots and automation equipment.

  • Modernization Services encompasses mechanical and electrical modifications, equipment relocations, improvements, software modifications, and hardware and software updates.

  • Sales of Robots and Accessories

  • Spare Parts Services provide spare parts packages and individual parts to customers.

  • Servo and AC/DC Motor Repair and Maintenance

  • Specialist and 24/7 Support Services: Orfer Service offers a unique oCare expert and 24/7 remote support service that covers entire automation systems and can be extended beyond Orfer’s own installations to include third-party systems.

Both Orfer and Orfer Service staff will continue to work closely with their shared mission: "Driving sustainability in packaging and logistics."
